We are widely known for our excellent cuisine, especially for the Carinthian pasta specialties: Carinthian cheese noodles, spinach noodles, Kletzennoodles or - depending on the season - wild garlic and mushroom noodles. In summer, our homemade ice cream creations are a refreshing treat, as are the delicious pastries. Our company has been awarded the AMA gastro seal, which guarantees that we serve high-quality, local raw materials.
