The "Kleine Gartenvilla" is a newly designed holiday house (170 m²) in Pörtschach on Lake Wörthersee. Here you have plenty of space to live - for 2 to 7 people. The house is fully equipped and the sunny terrace awaits you with cosy patio furniture and a beautiful garden with lots of green all around. If you arrive by car, you have 2 parking spaces directly at the small garden villa and a small garage - a perfect place for your bikes. Please note that the small garden villa is non-smoking. A pet is possible on request. Your holiday home - is located in a popular residential area of Pörtschach - here you are close to the lake life, but never in the middle of it. The sparkling lake with the lakeside baths and the flower promenade are just around the corner, in a leisurely 10 minutes you can reach the bathing area, the centre with many shopping opportunities, excellent restaurants and very good inns, fragrant bakeries and cosy cafés.

The sparkling lake with its bathing oases and promenades is just around the corner, the town centre, offering numerous shopping options, excellent restaurants and inns, aromatic bakeries and cozy cafés can be reached within a leisurely 10 minute walk.
