Turn-by-turn directions
The path bypasses the wall and crosses above the rock to the right to the pavilion. Enjoy the wonderful view of the eastern shore of Lake Ossiach and the particularly beautiful view of the species-rich Bleistätter Moor. Via the small iron staircase it is a little easier to get to Peterl (house no. 19). Follow the driveway which is directly opposite and, via a grassy ascent, you will reach a farm and the Deutschberg Straße at the Gasthof Stoffwirt.
From the Stoffwirt car park follow the Wiesensteig which leads at the Matthiasl holiday apartment again into Deutschberg Straße, which you follow in a hairpin bend. Shortly thereafter, turn right again onto a forest road (path no. 3) to the first junction. Here you take path no. 7 to your left left and walk uphill again, crossing the Deutschberg Straße again until you reach the toll booth.
From here you follow, in a constant climb you come to the point where path no. 7 becomes path no. 37. Follow the signs uphill to the junction wiht path no. 42 and follow this for a few minutes to the Seppl hut.
After a stop walk down over the former piste area (path no. 42). The path crosses path no. 3 again and leads down a forest road with long hairpin bends to Tratten near Bodensdorf. Via Sankt Josef and 10. Oktober Straße you can reach the Bodensdorf tourist information office at the municipal office and after a few minutes walk, you will ne back at the train station.
