in the zone of Gschriet above Millstätter See, you will find “energy points” that give off high-frequency clockwise energy. These beneficial hot spots were discovered by the German dowser Josef Georg from Eppelborn. At energy point 2 he discovered a frequency so high that it enters the violet end of the spectrum, which corresponds to cosmic radiation.

Turn-by-turn directions
from Haus Spieler (where there are few parking spaces) follow an unpaved road for about 1.30 hrs until you reach Neugartenhütte refuge (not managed) on Rauteralm. The first 400 metres rise can be climbed following a shorter path. From Neugartenhütte refuge continue on a path (marked 1901/190) to the top of Mirnock. Return: via the summit of Bodennock and the former Possegger hotel.
