Nassfeld Singletrail Yannick
Then there is a turn to the “Yannick Trail“ (marked in red and with “Y“). From here, the trail leads across Italian territory and above the timberline.
The first section starts leisurely and leads along a small gravel path (Via Dolce Vita) which is also used by hikers. However, the entire upper part is easy to oversee. After a sharp left turn, you get to a flat meadow section which offers a fantastic panoramic view to the Rosskofel and far into Italy.
Around 100 m after a large yellow information board for hikers is junction “Ü“ (transition). If you want, then you can return here to the “Livio Trail” after a short passage where you have to push your bike. Or you continue on the “Yannick Trail“ leading from junction “Ü“ into a Swiss pine forest where the pace gets slower in technical terms anyway. In the middle is a drop (1 m), which can also be bypassed. The black-marked “Yannick Trail“ then meanders flat and in parts slightly uphill to a large alpine meadow. After crossing a small wooden bridge, you return to the red-marked ”Livio Trail“.
