The new Lake Faak NaturAktivPark includes several stations that test your endurance, agility, strength and flexibility.  Each station is easily marked using a color-system, which makes it easy for you to combine the stations in different ways on different days.  Every day of training you do at least one drill with each of the four stations- you must also run in between stations.  All of the exercises take place in the natural reserve that stretches from Tabor Peak to the famous Egger shrine.

Author’s recommendation

You can also enjoy the chirping birds and undisturbed nature at the NaturAktivPark if you are looking for a more relaxing experience.
