From the end of the gorge via Garnitzenklamm Gorge - Garnitzenhöhe – Garnitzenklamm Gorge - Watschiger Alm to the Nassfeld (approx. 3 - 4 hours). Character The Garnitzenklamm Gorge, a natural landmark, is without doubt one of Carinthia’s most beautiful natural attractions. Situated 2 km south of Hermagor (starting point Eggeralm main road), the lower section of a 6 km long canyon, created over the years by the Garnitzenbach stream, has been made accessible for hikers. The gorge is through canyon-crossing via ferrata, bridges and waterfalls fully accessible throughout until the end of the gorge. This tour takes approx. 2.5 hours.
