Turn-by-turn directions

With its challenging climbs and uneven ground, this route takes you past "Klein-Venedig" (Little Venice) and offers a magnificent panoramic view.  At about 7.5 kilometers, you walk along the "Weissenbach" (White Stream) on a partially paved old main road back to Bad Bleiberg.

Getting there

The best way to get to Bad Bleiberg by car is with the "Gailtalzubringer" (Gail Valley feeder road) and the A2 highway- exit at Hermagor.  Or take the A10 highway and exit at Villach West.  Then you take main roads up into the "Hochtal" (High Valley).

There are plenty of parking spots available by the Rondeau.
