The diverse lake landscape of Carinthia can be seen impressively on this stage. Wörthersee, Ossiacher See, Afritzer See, Feldsee and Millstätter See. Each lake has its own special charm. Millstatt Abbey is one of the most important estates in all of Carinthia. Porcia Castle in Spittal is considered one of the most important Renaissance buildings in all of Austria. Wernberg Castle is situated on a dominating hill above the Drau River and also includes a guesthouse run by the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood.
